1. Scope of Agreement

2. Estimates, Quotes & Scope of Work

  • Preliminary Quotes: Any pricing or estimates provided via website contact forms, phone calls, or digital messaging are non-binding initial estimates based on customer-provided information.

  • On-Site Inspection: Final project costs, timelines, and material requirements are confirmed only after an in-home measurement, subfloor condition inspection, and final material selection.

  • Scope Changes: Any modifications to the project scope, unexpected subfloor repairs, or material upgrades requested after work begins will be documented and agreed upon prior to completion.

3. Product Selection & Natural Variations

  • Digital Display: Images, swatches, and product graphics on our Site are provided for visualization purposes. Colors, grain patterns, and textures may appear differently depending on screen settings.

  • Natural Materials: Flooring products—including hardwood, natural stone, tile, and carpet dyes—inherently feature variations in shade, graining, and batch dye lots. ABC Carpet Flooring is not responsible for standard manufacturer variations inherent in natural or dyed materials.

4. Installation & Site Preparation

For projects requiring professional installation by ABC Carpet Flooring or our authorized installers, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear, safe access to the work area on scheduled installation dates.

  • Remove fragile items, electronics, and personal valuables from the designated work zone prior to crew arrival unless pre-arranged moving services are explicitly included in the contract.

  • Ensure climate control (heating/air conditioning) is operational in the space for proper acclimation of wood, vinyl, or laminate products as required by product specifications.

5. User Conduct & Form Submissions

When interacting with our Site, requesting estimates, or submitting inquiries, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete contact and property details.

  • Refrain from submitting spam, false inquiries, or unauthorized third-party requests.

  • Refrain from transmitting malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts to our Site.

6. Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and project cancellation policies for physical flooring orders or installation jobs will be outlined in your individual project contract or invoice. All deposits and final balances must be settled according to the terms specified in your written agreement.
